Core Type Management

Objective

The Core Type Management option allows drilling teams to maintain an up-to-date reference list of the core size types (BQ, NQ, HQ, etc.), which are selected when entering drilling timesheets and used to calculate bonus rates. The billing method determines whether the metres drilled for a core size are included in project billing.

 

Steps

maestro* > Time Management > Project Time > Daily Drilling Report > Core Type Management (Web)

 

Creating a Core Size Type

1. Click the New icon.
2. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.

Field	Description
Code*	Code for the core size type.
Description	Description that identifies the core size type.
French Description	French description that identifies the core size type.
Billable*	Allows to set the billing method for metres drilled for this core size type. Available values: Automatic (default value) Billable Non-Billable

3. Click the Save icon.
